Beautiful Viwa beachfront Wedding

We had a fabulous trip!!! Everything was perfect! Viwa is THE place to go in Fiji for sure. I'm still slowly getting all of the pictures downloaded but I will definitely send you some. It's just taking a little time trying to do that and take care of the baby now that we're back. Thank you so much again!!! You and the McCoy team have been wonderful and the staff at Viwa are truly out of this world! They are a rare bunch, beyond welcoming and nice. I have never experienced anything like them in my life and can't wait to go back. Johnny and I made some life long friends :)

On out return trip the catamaran broke down so we had to spend a few hours waiting at Octopus Resort for them to send another boat out and I am so happy we stayed at Viwa after spending a few hours at Octopus. Viwa puts Octopus to shame! Lol, that's just my honest opinion if course. The privacy, the beaches, the staff, and just the overall experience is so much better at Viwa and I recommend Viwa to everyone wanting to visit Fiji. I doubt I'll ever stay anyplace else.

The only recommendation I could say to anyone going there is to maybe buy your alcohol, sunblock and things like that on the main island before you head out to Viwa because they are very expensive but it's understandable because they are not on the main route to receive supplies but that's the only sort of negative thing I could say about them.

The wedding was perfect! I could not have dreamed of anything more and our private dinner in the beach was just a perfect end to a perfect night. The chef and food is amazing!! I have never and probably will never have a lobster that phenomenal!! I could probably go on for days but I'll try to save some of my gratitude for when I send pictures. Thank you again Faye! Our trip was something you can only dream about!!!

Amazing Tahiti - Bora Bora & Moorea Luxury

The trip was AMAZING!!! We would like to thank you for all the help & coordination. It's exactly what we needed after a pretty intense of wedding events. The Sofitel in Moorea was the best spot on the island because of the bay & number of fishes/corals. We had the last bungalow at the end of the deck which was just perfect with a direct view on Tahiti. The St. Regis was also amazing. The service was perfect and I think we were there during a quiet week.

I will definitely recommend the spot and the great service that you have provided.

Magical Tahitian Weddingmoon

Tahiti Wedding Ceremony Vacation

Hello Faye,

First, we had the best trip of our lives! Our Tahiti Wedding Ceremony was outstanding-we loved it so much!!!

The highlights of the trip were:
-the airline was great. They served 2 meals plus snacks and drinks and all of the headphones, pillows and blankets came without charge.
-The Sofitel resort is AMAZING! We visited other locations during our adventures and nothing looked nearly as amazing! Our overwater bungalow was like something out of a dream. The staff was great and friendly (though there was more of a language barrier than we had anticipated...it made it fun).
-Our wedding ceremony. It was intimate, beautiful and more than we could've imagined
-The motu picnic was our favorite excursion during our stay (and we booked several others while on the island). The company you booked us with were really cool people. They made us feel like we were hanging out with family.

All in all, we loved our vacation. We have recommended the islands as well as the travel agency to many of our family and friends already. We really would like to thank you for all of you help. We've attached a couple of pictures from our ceremony in case you're curious.

Beautiful Maui Wedding

Dear Melissa,

I would like to praise your employee Caroline Gold. My daughter was recently married on Maui in June of this year. Caroline had been working with us since June or July of last year with many suggestions for this trip of a life time. She arranged the wedding date with Alalani Hill ( who provided the most inspriring ceremony) along with the beautiful location.Caroline was wonderful in keeping our plans all organized. Even though she was going through a personally stressful times with her sister's illness she remained in touch realizing how important this trip would be for a party of 15. The reservations to the luau at Lahaina were great and the seating wonderful. She kept us informed about events and plans even when there was nataural disaster (brush fire) on the island. Her positivetity helped to assure us that all would be well. I want to thank her for all she did for us to make this a wonderful experience.

Qamea Fiji Wedding Honeymoon

Hi Melissa,
We had a fabulous time in Qamea, Fiji. It was a trip of a lifetime, and one we will cherish forever. We had a beautiful wedding, with the staff going out of their way to make it perfect for us. It was. The weather, the food, the accommodations, the beauty of the island….everything was just perfect on our trip. Of course, my single favorite experience would have to be my wedding. Being married right there on the beach with the ocean splashing behind us was inexplicable. But if I had to choose another (as there are so many) it would be dancing and singing with the native villagers and their children at the Friday “Meke” celebration. What a memory. Thanks to Mike Brown for suggesting Qamea to us, and taking care of everything on the travel end. His help was invaluable in finding Qamea and lining up everything necessary for a stress-free trip. I feel like we found a little gem in McCoy travel, and will definitely use your services again. I have already recommended you to several of my friends.

If there were a weak link in the chain at all it would only be that we had a bit of difficulty with some of the airline reservations (i.e. they couldn’t find us listed, or bumped us to another flight, messed up our connection flight a bit, etc.) but even these things were pretty small in the big picture. We didn’t lose any of our luggage and we arrived safely to all our destinations.
This was just such a wonderful experience and I am grateful to McCoy travel and all of the staff at Qamea who helped give us this amazing wedding, trip and memory.

Amazing Fiji Wedding

Thank you so very much for all your help during our crisis in Fiji. As you know we ended up spending 10 wonderful days at Taunovo Bay and our wedding was absolutely amazing. Fabulous Hawaii Wedding Party

Amazing Hawaii Vacation

Unfortunately I’m back at work and still trying to avoid the reality that our Hawaiian vacation is over. My wife and two boys had the time of our lives, I’m even more jealous of you living in Hawaii now that I’ve seen it firsthand. The tour of the Arizona was really moving and reinforced the feelings I’ve always had about that generation of men and women and the sacrifices they made for our country. It was especially meaningful for me being a lifetime military man also. The snorkeling tour was awesome! I told my wife that night that, “that was the most awesome thing I have ever done in my life” and to do it with my boys was really great. Besides all the beautiful fish we also were lucky to see several sea turtles and a manta ray. That one though scared the s@#$ out of me to be honest. It was really cool though.
The zip line tour and the Luau were also great, although I think my wife may have developed a little crush on one of those buff Hawaiian servers they had there. I know I’m going a little long here but I really felt the need to send an email and let you know how much all your efforts you put into our vacation are appreciated by me and all my family. The only regret I have is I was unable to pass along this gratitude face to face. I talked with Michael at Joe and Bernice’s wedding renewal ceremony in Lahaina and he told me how to get to your office so we could come by to meet you but we had so many things going on we just never had the time. Besides the things you scheduled for us and the wedding ceremony we also did the road to Hana all the way to black sand beach, we also visited Makena beach park, Big Beach, tried to get the wife to go to Little Beach but she wasn’t having it! (haha)
Went shopping in Lahaina and went up to the crater above were we did the zip line up to the top 10,023 feet above the clouds. Very cool! Everywhere we looked it seemed like a photo opportunity. We got our pictures developed over the weekend and between my camera and my wife’s we had over 2000 pictures to get developed. The guy at Costco was looking at me like I was crazy. Well I know this has gone on long but this gist of the email is to give you a big heartfelt Texas THANK YOU!! You help us make memories that will last a lifetime. Hope to see you next time we come over. We are already looking forward to when we can come again.

Fijian Weddingmoon

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back with you. Things have been quite hectic since we have been back. We had a great time, thank you. Our wedding turned out beautiful. The photographers were great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is having a wedding. We enjoyed both islands. If we were to do it over again, I think we would do 5 nights at Matamanoa, 5 nights at Qamea and then 5 nights at a nice hotel on the main island. The staff was very friendly and wonderful, but the service isn't what we were are used to in the States. The massage therapists at Qamea were fantastic, probably the best we've had. Jordan and I got many massages. Overall, we had a nice time. Thank you for all of your help planning our Wedding and Honeymoon.

Fiji Vacation

Fiji Dream Honeymoon

I've been so busy with school the past couple days i haven't had time to get to you. I can't thank you enough for you work and attention to Kayla and I and wanted to share my experience to show you how grateful for you we are

With all the wedding planning i was only given two jobs and one was the honeymoon. I had never before dealt with a travel agent as I have always travel inside the 48 continuous states up until this point. I had been given dozens of names, agencies, tips, cautions etc. and was very overwhelmed. I did as much research as possible before I was ready to start talking to people but was still rather clueless. On the day that I began to give my information to travel sites on the web McCoy Travel was one of the first because you're company was one of the recommendations I had received. Obviously being a normal American consumer I looked at many different sites to find the best price. After sharing info with 'Tripology' 'South Seas Adventures' Travel Wizards' ' Fiji-Honeymoons' and about 6-8 others, I sat back and waited to see if anyone would call me unprovoked as I don't Email when I don't have to. I feel an actual conversation is more personal. 2 people did call though I received about 5 other emails. You were the 2nd person to call me which automatically pushed the other man to the top of my list until I found out the time zone difference and realized that you called FIRST THING in the morning where as it took him half the day to get to me. Not a huge deal all things considered but this is my honeymoon and I want to be treated like it's the biggest thing in the world even from the beginning because to us, it is. All told I talked to 6 trip planners in the next three days, as some didn't bother to call or email at all, all the while still planning to get the best deal possible. That, however, didn't last long because your service far exceeded the competition for many reasons.

As I mentioned before, you the quickest to call me back which spoke volumes to me being that I hate waiting and especially with the excitement I had about my first overseas trip. I knew everyone I talked to would have worlds of info about Fiji otherwise they wouldn't have the job they do and was correct. Every person I talked to 'knew' resorts and had plenty of knowledge to offer. Having already looked at more than 50 resort myself before all of this thought I had a great idea of what I was looking for and had already narrowed it down to 5. Three of the other people I talked to did nothing but try to discourage me from where I wanted to go. One in fact insisted on other resort so much I had to hang up on her because she would not listen to me. You did. My fiance and I wanted to stay in one resort for 12 days. We DID NOT want to island hop. We're there for relaxing, not packing and unpacking every couple days. It seems to me that if you're planning a trip for someone you may want to listen to what they want. Call me crazy I guess. Others insisted on strict itineraries that included hikes and village visits. Again not listening! We wanted to hang out with nothing to do except what we want to at that time. Spontaneity! You listened, YOU cared, YOU wanted us to what we wanted to do where we wanted to do it, and worked QUICKLY to ensure we could do so. The only other person out of six that agreed to put us where we wanted to go said he'd call me back "in 4 weeks and go from there." I did get a few quotes from other people but not for what we wanted. I even had one lady that spent the first 20 minutes of MY cell minutes talking about her rate. Really? I know you don't do this for free!

After you called with our final quote and we hung up the phone I talked with my fiance and both said instantly we wanted to go with you no matter how much cheaper anyone else could get it for. We simply didn't care at this point because YOU did. We felt like we were your only client! You really made everything easy and fun. We are both VERY 'brand loyal' people who love to travel. I am graduating for Radiology school the month before our marriage and trip to Fiji and will be traveling quite a bit in the future and because of our experience with you on this trip, NO ONE but you or someone at McCoy that you recommend will be helping us plan. I cant thank you enough for your help Lori and I hope you continue the outstanding work.

Fiji Honeymoon

Thank you so much for your card. We are here and made it with no problem. We are so very tired, but this place seems to be bringing us back to life with no problems. We are so happy this is the way we could begin our marriage and are so grateful to you for making it so stress free and taking so much time to personalized this and care about us. You are truly wonderful! Except that I will l blame you for the extra ten pounds I know I am going to gain here. The food is insanely good and we have only had a couple of meals so far. Wow!

Hawaii Wedding Group

The trip turned out fantastic and all of our attendees had a great time. The hotel was very nice and the ocean-front rooms a hit, especially since we could watch the whales from our window. The highlight had to be the whale watching excursion. We managed to get right up on a pod and a large one jumped right next to the boat. Wow!.

Perfect Fiji Paradise Weddingmoon

Hi Lori,

Got back from Fiji last Sunday, the place is amazing! You were right, Qamea was the perfect place, splitting the week between the beachfront bure and premium villa was perfect, and the food was great. The premium villa was wonderful (having the meals brought to the villa was so luxurious). We had a bright sunny day for the wedding, in fact the day of the wedding was the only day without rain in Qamea while we were there. The Sofitel was the definitely the best place to stay in Denarau. I have sent you a link for our photo album online. Please feel free to share the photos with other couples we are thinking of getting married in fiji so as they can have a better idea as to what its like and how qamea is a great spot. I would also highly recommend the Sofitel for staying in Denarau and the Novotel as a stopover hotel in Nadi. Our stay was definitely luxury in paradise!!
