Maui Hawaii Family Celebration

Aloha Melissa,

Thank you for your email. We had a wonderful vacation in Maui and enjoyed every minute. As always Caroline was a delight to work with in planning our family vacation. She was thoughtful in her suggestions, offered a variety of options and always focused on fulfilling our expressed needs.

Alaska Airlines: Absolutely perfect. Flights were on time and staff was friendly and attentive.

Fairmont Kea Lani:
Confusion at check in until it was determined one of the rooms had been put in Katina's name. Once that was determined, check-in was fine. For some reason, we had two breakfast buffet's included in the package and two were not? Not sure why this occurred as there were four in our party. Rooms: Nice size, clean, loved the roomy bathrooms, loved the large balcony. View was nice, we prefer to be much closer to the beach so would definitely prefer a villa. Pools were nice, small but still nice. Next time we will reserve cabana time and/or chairs on the deck pool. We were told the best chairs/cabana's are reserved up to a year in advance. So in the future we will reserve at the time we book the hotel. The food at the Fairmont was OK at best. We had our best meals at the Four Season and LOVED our meal and experience at Duo.

Favorite experience, for me it was playing golf at the Wailea Golf Course (Emerald Course) The rest of my family would say whale watching. The Pacific Whale Foundation does a terrific job, the boat we were on was roomy and they do not over sell making it a very enjoyable comfortable experience. The staff was great and provided a lot of wonderful, interesting information.

Amazing Wedding in Hawaii

My husband, Justin and I were married in Maui this past June.
Over 125 guests flew to the island for an amazing week of fun that
lead up to the ceremony.

As an event coordinator myself the details and planning was a breeze and I enjoyed every minute of it; however there were a few things that were just too difficult for me to plan or want to take the time to
plan.

We reached out to Caroline Gold who was a life saver! We had a Luau Night at the Grand Wailea, a boat/sunset cruise with the Pacific Whale
Foundation, and a scuba diving trip with Extended Horizons. Caroline booked these events for us, made sure we sat together as a group at the Luau and for the boat cruise - our group had our own boat! She paid attention to every small detail possible and even attended our boat cruise to make sure things ran smoothly. Guests were given her phone number and email to call to book these special nights on their own - they contacted Caroline and paid for their activities on their own, leaving Justin and I completely out of that part - it was so nice! Caroline emailed me weekly updates on who had paid and booked which helped Justin and I keep on top of our guests to whom had booked what.

Caroline went above and beyond with my group. If guests had to leave a message she got back to them right away. She also helped my guests with any activities they wanted to do that wasn’t a part of the group. She sent highlights to each guest about Maui and ensured them their trip to Maui was going to be amazing!

I received a call from a friend of mine a couple months ago (6 months
after the wedding) stating that Caroline had reached out to them to just chat and see how they were doing. Caroline isn’t just great at Customer Service she is a great friend too.

Justin and I were so blessed to work with Caroline on our group activities. All 125 guests are already asking when we can do it again!

Family Christmas Celebration in Hawaii

Aloha Caroline,

Thank you very much for your amazing attention to detail in planning our family vacation to Waikiki. You listened intently and captured every element we wanted to include in our vacation. Your prompt response to every email and phone call was very appreciated and it was a delight working with you. I would be delighted to pass along your name and contact information to friends and family looking to plan a vacation to Hawaii.

Some comments on the resort. Our room was a nice size and had an amazing view. Upon check in we were told about the optional daily resort fee of $20. Seemed like a good deal at the time but in hindsight was not necessary. I would advise other guests against paying the $20 daily resort fee. Room had not been updated but overall the room was fine and met our needs.

Pearl Harbor/ USS Arizona: WOW, everyone should make the effort to experience this incredibly moving, thought provoking, and important memorial.

Helicopter ride, very very cool. Will definitely do another helicopter ride. The company was great and the customer service top notch.

Hanauma Bay, very happy with our experience and appreciated not having to drive and find parking.

Sea Life Park, enjoyed the Dolphin Experience a lot and would have wanted the experience to be longer than 30 minutes in length based on the cost of $175 pp.

Thank you Caroline for planning our family vacation, you are truly amazing at your profession and it is obvious you love what you do and are driven by a passion to be extraordinary in what you do.

Maui Family Vacation

Thank you for all your help. Wasn't able to go to anything "extra." Saturday morning we just laid out in the sun some more & enjoyed the beach. We really miss it here in TN. Wedding was enchanting that night, went out to eat at Longhi's.

Beautiful Maui Wedding

Dear Melissa,

I would like to praise your employee Caroline Gold. My daughter was recently married on Maui in June of this year. Caroline had been working with us since June or July of last year with many suggestions for this trip of a life time. She arranged the wedding date with Alalani Hill ( who provided the most inspriring ceremony) along with the beautiful location.Caroline was wonderful in keeping our plans all organized. Even though she was going through a personally stressful times with her sister's illness she remained in touch realizing how important this trip would be for a party of 15. The reservations to the luau at Lahaina were great and the seating wonderful. She kept us informed about events and plans even when there was nataural disaster (brush fire) on the island. Her positivetity helped to assure us that all would be well. I want to thank her for all she did for us to make this a wonderful experience.

Lanai Happy Anniversary!

Dear Caroline,
I wanted to tell you that our Hawaii Anniversary vacation was spectacular! The beauty of Lanai and the activities on Maui were unmatched. Seeing the spinner dolphins in the bay while sitting on our bed at the Four Seasons Resort at Manele Bay was unbelievable. The champagne that you arranged on our arrival was excellent. The accommodations at the Four Seasons and at the Ritz Carlton Kapalua were as nice as anywhere we have ever stayed. The activities you arranged were well organized and the added information concerning what to wear and what to take were extremely helpful. The lunch at Mama's was delicious and the setting was unforgettable. My wife's favorite activity turned out to be the day trip to Oahu, but my favorite was the helicopter ride. I appreciate all the effort that you put in to planning our trip, and I am glad that I found McCoy travel on the internet. I have told all my friends that they need to go to Hawaii and to use you as their travel agent. My wife and I plan to return soon to see the whales, to visit Kauai, and to return to Manele Bay. When we plan to travel there again, we will definitely use McCoy travel and your services in particular. I was sorry to hear about your sister, but I hope you and her family are doing well.
