Amazing Wedding in Hawaii

My husband, Justin and I were married in Maui this past June.
Over 125 guests flew to the island for an amazing week of fun that
lead up to the ceremony.

As an event coordinator myself the details and planning was a breeze and I enjoyed every minute of it; however there were a few things that were just too difficult for me to plan or want to take the time to
plan.

We reached out to Caroline Gold who was a life saver! We had a Luau Night at the Grand Wailea, a boat/sunset cruise with the Pacific Whale
Foundation, and a scuba diving trip with Extended Horizons. Caroline booked these events for us, made sure we sat together as a group at the Luau and for the boat cruise - our group had our own boat! She paid attention to every small detail possible and even attended our boat cruise to make sure things ran smoothly. Guests were given her phone number and email to call to book these special nights on their own - they contacted Caroline and paid for their activities on their own, leaving Justin and I completely out of that part - it was so nice! Caroline emailed me weekly updates on who had paid and booked which helped Justin and I keep on top of our guests to whom had booked what.

Caroline went above and beyond with my group. If guests had to leave a message she got back to them right away. She also helped my guests with any activities they wanted to do that wasn’t a part of the group. She sent highlights to each guest about Maui and ensured them their trip to Maui was going to be amazing!

I received a call from a friend of mine a couple months ago (6 months
after the wedding) stating that Caroline had reached out to them to just chat and see how they were doing. Caroline isn’t just great at Customer Service she is a great friend too.

Justin and I were so blessed to work with Caroline on our group activities. All 125 guests are already asking when we can do it again!

Family Christmas Celebration in Hawaii

Thank you very much for your amazing attention to detail in planning our family vacation to Waikiki. You listened intently and captured every element we wanted to include in our vacation. Your prompt response to every email and phone call was very appreciated and it was a delight working with you. I would be delighted to pass along your name and contact information to friends and family looking to plan a vacation to Hawaii.

Some comments on the resort. Our room was a nice size and had an amazing view. Upon check in we were told about the optional daily resort fee of $20. Seemed like a good deal at the time but in hindsight was not necessary. I would advise other guests against paying the $20 daily resort fee. Room had not been updated but overall the room was fine and met our needs.

Pearl Harbor/ USS Arizona: WOW, everyone should make the effort to experience this incredibly moving, thought provoking, and important memorial.

Helicopter ride, very very cool. Will definitely do another helicopter ride. The company was great and the customer service top notch.

Hanauma Bay, very happy with our experience and appreciated not having to drive and find parking.

Sea Life Park, enjoyed the Dolphin Experience a lot and would have wanted the experience to be longer than 30 minutes in length based on the cost of $175 pp.

Thank you Caroline for planning our family vacation, you are truly amazing at your profession and it is obvious you love what you do and are driven by a passion to be extraordinary in what you do.

Big Island Family Vacation

Hawaiian Getaway

I wanted to write to you to let you know how incredibly happy I am!  Ever since the "casual" post on Facebook that I was interested in vacationing in Maui, I have been treated with nothing but kindness and helpfulness by Tish. She is such a wonderful person.  When I posted the comment that I would like to visit Maui, she sent me a message to let me know she would help me out.  I took her up on the offer and have not regretted a thing.  She swiftly and patiently arranged my hotel accommodations (which were wonderful; I very much enjoyed staying at the Mana Kai Maui and would return there next time I'm there visiting) and my daily excursions.  I had a great time there and believe that most of it is because of Tish.  At the airport, after I retrieved my baggage, I turned around to find Tish waiting for me!  I did not expect that and was so pleasantly surprised.  She sure knows how to treat her clients, that's for sure.  She is a fantastic travel agent and now, friend. She went above and beyond that day - not only did she provide me with maps and literature about my excursions, she also guided me to Subway for a bite to eat, shopped with me at Foodland, showed me to my hotel, and helped me carry my bags to my room!  That type of service is not found anywhere and I feel very lucky to have found her.  I would like to visit the islands again soon (maybe even in 2012) and will definitely utilize Tish.
