Hawaiian Honeymoon
Hope you are well! Thank you so much for arranging our trip. Mike and I loved Hawaii! We had the best time and didn’t want to come back.
We loved the Marriott Wailea. It was really perfect. We surfed on our first day in Lahaina, we did the drive to Hana and came back the other way, ate at Mama’s Fish House and did lots of shopping in Lahaina and Paia. Oh, and went to the Luau at the hotel.
In the Big Isle we did a helicopter tour (which was amazing), zip lined over Umauma Falls, drove to the top of the volcano and saw tons of waterfalls. The Fairmont Orchid was really nice, and we were upgraded to the gold level which was lovely. We got a nice bottle of champagne from you the first night at the Fairmont with a nice note, so thank you very much for that! It was a really nice touch. I would definitely go back – the flight is very long though.
Here’s a video Mike put together from our trip.
Thank you again, we had the best time. I would recommend Hawaii to anyone and everyone.

Fabulous Four Seasons Wailea Maui Hawaii
Hi Melissa,
Overall, we had a great time on our trip and it was a pleasure dealing with Hiapo who was very thorough and helpful.
The best part of course was being able to contact him and having him arrange everything from our hotel, flight and car rental and not having to juggle it all myself. We did have a room mix up, but once resolved things went very smoothly. And we really enjoyed the Four Seasons Resort in Wailea.
We didn't plan too much in the way of sightseeing, but the road to Hana was really spectacular, even though it was a long day's worth of driving, the views were breathtaking. We also really enjoyed Makena which was so close to the hotel and also provided incredible views. I loved going canoeing with the hotel's morning outrigger canoe group and getting a chance to go in the ocean and see the incredible sea life. Even though I'm not the best swimmer, they let me use a life jacket and with a pair of goggles I felt very safe and able to explore. I think that might have been one of my favorite parts of the trip. Seeing the live sea turtles and sea life. I had planned to go horseback riding in Makena and was really looking forward to it, but I got injured on my second outing with the canoe group when I got back into the canoe and hurt my rib. So that was a bummer.
I loved using the Four Seasons serenity pool at sunset and the jacuzzi to enjoy the magnificent vistas. And we took a few side trips to Kapalua, Lahaina and the Iao Needle which were fun. For the trip back, I hadn't realized that there was a three and a half hour layover in Honolulu. I do appreciate everything Hiapo did for us and will recommend your agency to our friends.

Amazing Hawaii Vacation
Unfortunately I’m back at work and still trying to avoid the reality that our Hawaiian vacation is over. My wife and two boys had the time of our lives, I’m even more jealous of you living in Hawaii now that I’ve seen it firsthand. The tour of the Arizona was really moving and reinforced the feelings I’ve always had about that generation of men and women and the sacrifices they made for our country. It was especially meaningful for me being a lifetime military man also. The snorkeling tour was awesome! I told my wife that night that, “that was the most awesome thing I have ever done in my life” and to do it with my boys was really great. Besides all the beautiful fish we also were lucky to see several sea turtles and a manta ray. That one though scared the s@#$ out of me to be honest. It was really cool though.
The zip line tour and the Luau were also great, although I think my wife may have developed a little crush on one of those buff Hawaiian servers they had there. I know I’m going a little long here but I really felt the need to send an email and let you know how much all your efforts you put into our vacation are appreciated by me and all my family. The only regret I have is I was unable to pass along this gratitude face to face. I talked with Michael at Joe and Bernice’s wedding renewal ceremony in Lahaina and he told me how to get to your office so we could come by to meet you but we had so many things going on we just never had the time. Besides the things you scheduled for us and the wedding ceremony we also did the road to Hana all the way to black sand beach, we also visited Makena beach park, Big Beach, tried to get the wife to go to Little Beach but she wasn’t having it! (haha)
Went shopping in Lahaina and went up to the crater above were we did the zip line up to the top 10,023 feet above the clouds. Very cool! Everywhere we looked it seemed like a photo opportunity. We got our pictures developed over the weekend and between my camera and my wife’s we had over 2000 pictures to get developed. The guy at Costco was looking at me like I was crazy. Well I know this has gone on long but this gist of the email is to give you a big heartfelt Texas THANK YOU!! You help us make memories that will last a lifetime. Hope to see you next time we come over. We are already looking forward to when we can come again.
Hope to meet you in person next trip, Take Care and Thanks a Million.

Hawaiian Vacation
Tish,
I was absolutely thrilled with the service and advice you were able to give to us regarding our Hawaiian vacation. You listened and offered the best advice. For instance, when I told you I really didn't want to take a tour for the Hana Highway venture, you suggested going to Long's drugstore to get the self-guided CD tour instead. We did, and that was perfect. We were able to linger in places we wanted to, skip some of the places and take the tour on our time - not someone else's but still get the benefit of knowing approaching historical sites and locations. That was right on!! We enjoyed driving up to Haleakala National Park and I had a blast on the zip line excursion. One day we visited Ioa Valley and then took the coast line all the way around to Kapalua, Napili, Kahana, Honokowai, Ka'anapali and Lahaina. That was a wonderful and relaxing day as well stopping by the little lagoons and coves (and of course coconut candy and banana bread!). The Feast at Lele was fantastic. We were so smitten with the area of Lahaina that we went back and dined at Bubba Gump's and strolled down to the shopping area. My best sunset shots were taken there with the boats parked right off shore and the sun coming down. However, I would have to say that our best day (besides relaxing by the pools and beaches) was the Blue Rater Rafting tour (leaving out of the Kihei Boat Dock). I wish I could remember the two guides because they were superb! We had a woman captain (Capt Kim, I think and Dominic was the geology major guide sidekick) anyway their education proved a valuable asset when explaining the volanic rock formations which line the coast. We were quite impressed with their knowledge. It was a wonderful vacation and we had tons of great memories. We had such a wonderful time we do plan to return in two or three years. (waiting for my daughter to get just a tad bit older) Thanks for all your help and assistance. I will be posting comments on tripadvisor to let others know who to go to!!
Thanks Tish and have a wonderful summer!

Wonderful Maui Vacation
I just cannot tell you how wonderful our experience in Maui was…it was by far our most favorite vacation!! Working with Holly was an awesome experience…she helped us through the entire planning process as well as seeing it through by meeting us at the airport!! She was remarkable!! I don’t know if she shared with you that my husband has a massive stroke 4 weeks prior to us leaving, it was devastating…we didn’t even know if he would make it through the stroke…his neurologist only gave him a 30% chance of surviving it…but the Lord pulled him through and he is a walking miracle…I tell you this because Holly called us several times over the next few weeks following his stroke just to check on him and to see how we were all doing. That was so thoughtful and she was steadfastly there when we were trying to decide if we were going to be able to make the trip or not.
In the end, Scott was cleared by his neurologist to go on the trip with some stipulations which meant that at the last possible minute we had to rearrange some of the excursions…Scott could not snorkel or do the zip-lining adventure and we had to add him onto the van tour…Holly made all of that happen seamlessly…we could not have done all of that without her!! McCoy travel has some awesome people working for them and she is one of your shining stars!!She even made sure that we had VIP tickets to the Luau which gave us an incredible advantage for viewing the entire show. Holly also helped us add onto our trip my daughter and her husband…this was done part way through the planning process and we were all able to make the same flight and stay at the same place.
Speaking of where we stayed…the Fairmont Kea Lani Resort…it was absolutely exquisite!! Not only was our villa positioned so that we had a wonderful view of the ocean, but the resort itself was magnificent!! It was quiet and beautiful and the service was second to none…we have traveled extensively and never stayed at a place that was soooo accommodating to our every want and need!!
I think that my favorite excursion was the Van tour and the trip to Pearl Harbor, but the kids really liked the zip-lining adventure. The Luau and the Spirit of Lahaina was great also…we got to experience a beautiful sunset on the boat and see numerous whales breaching which just highlighted the whole adventure!! I could just go on and on and on, but I have patients waiting so for now I will go.
I will be using you guys in the future and recommending your travel agency to everyone that I talk to about this trip. I know our next trip for hopefully sometime next year will be a cruise, so if you have any suggestions that would be great. I think that this one will be for Scott and I and my parents…but who knows who all we may add in…just like this trip!! J
Thanks for everything,
