Amazing Trip to Fiji and New Zealand by Faye Bartlett

Our trip to Fiji, Royal Davui and to Queenstown, The Rees Hotel was the trip of a lifetime!
Royal Davui was an experience in luxury, with wonderful personal attention by the entire staff, combined with 3 extraordinary diving experiences that will never be forgotten including the Beqa Lagoon Shark dive.

The Rees Hotel accomodations consisted of a brand new beautiful 2BR apartment (with full kitchen and dining area) with a patio, balcony and an incredible panoramic view of the lake and the Remarkables. Queenstown, which was a lot of fun (including happening bars, restaurants, a day of skiing, flights to and from Milford Sound and Keagan and keenan's Bungy Jump). Incredible combination of a wonderful South Pacific experience combined with really fun adventures in 8 inches of snow in Queenstown. So we are very grateful for your direction and assistance. Thank You for finding the Rees and arranging the trip so seemlessly.

When we arrived in Queenstown we learned that a very large snow storm was about to arrive! We tried to rearrange our itinerary but the airport was closed for the next 3 days so we were able to make arrangements with another service to fly to and from Milford Sound which was another incredible experience.

We are all quite grateful for your able assistance and am particularly thankful that you came to our rescue when we were abandoned by our previous travel agent. You listened well to our desires and kept working until matching arrangements were put into place so Thank You again Faye!

Planning a fantastic Kona Village Vacation in Hawaii

I forwarded your last note to a friend. He and his wife might be interested in staying at the new condo you wrote about. I also alerted another friend to the fact that you also book Australia trips. They are planning one in 2012. We have been invited to accompany them but do not know if hubby can stand the long plane ride. Time will tell.

We are truly looking forward to our February Kona Village vacation that Hiapo is helping us plan and hardly a day goes by that it isn't mentioned. Hiapo's note about his travels was very informative too and I am really excited to be working with McCoy Travel.

From Australia to Hawaii - Great Trip!

We had a fantastic time in Hawaii. Everything went to plan exceptionally well, no problems at all. All your hard work was worth it as we enjoyed the entire holiday. Our rooms were beautiful and the service at both resorts was great. We enjoyed the busy life of Waikiki and the relaxed atmosphere of the Big Island. The Hilton Waikoloa was very nice, I would recommend this to anyone travelling to Hawaii. The prices you gave us were very affordable, much better than we could get here in Australia. We would definitely return and look towards Maui and Kauai. Also would love to book through McCoy travel for future Island holidays.

Fiji & Australia Dream Vacation

Trip was just incredible. Seriously. From the absolutely AMAZING food and hospitality at Wakaya to the unbelievable sunsets at Lizard, you truly enabled Chrissi and I to have the best honeymoon ever! Thank you SO much for all of your help. Everything logistically was perfect and we were blessed in that we never had any delays or lost bags at all (though our bags were the last two off in Nadi which got us freaked out!). All the resorts, including the Circular Quay in Sydney were just brilliant so thanks again for your suggestions and recommendations. I am especially pleased that you convinced us to stay at the Pavilion at Lizard as that view was really not to be believed.

Given the serious hit to our wallets on this I doubt we'll be planning anything like this in the near term but we will definitely reach out to you again if we do. We'll also forward over your name to any friends we may have considering similar trips.

And we'll send over some pics just as soon as Chrissi gets them up online!

Australia - New Zealand - Fiji

Hi Faye,

We had a blast...! Everything went really great and the motels were very nice..the train system in Aus is wonderful! No problems. New Zealand was amazing and we loved all our excursions...really loved Queenstown and John bungy jumped which nearly gave me a heart attack! We loved driving in New Zealand down to Milford Sound...very worth the trip...wish we had had more time to explore the wineries in the area, too.

Fiji was not our favorite and we stayed there way too long. The resort was nice but remote so we could not get around well to explore...wish we had booked another Island and more excursions away from the resort. In fact maybe we should have stayed downtown in the harbour/port area as a base and excursions out from there...NO KIDS at the resort John's age and no night life...they must have all been in the port city and off on other Islands. He was bored with me I'm sure but he caught up with his rest and reading.

Overall, we had a blast and really enjoyed ourselves. Aus was great and I loved Newcastle and the small towns we went thru by train.
