Things have been busy since being home -- my apologies for the delay. We enjoyed our stay in Hawai'i very very much and hope to go back soon! I had a very positive experience with your company. The places you found for us (esp. the Aston Kona) were excellent, and when we had an issue with the Hilton Waikoloa, your staff was very responsive, even though it was Saturday and Christmas Eve to boot.
