We had an amazing holiday at Castaway Island in Fiji. Thanks to
Lori for being really helpful in getting our transfers and hotel planned. The staff at Castaway is truly unique...in all of my travels around the world I have never encountered such a friendly staff anywhere. We only spoke to Lori a few times but she was able to answer all of our questions and get back to us with answers she did not know. Everytime we called she answered her phone...no voicemail and no sitting on hold. It was a nice feeling to know that when we called we were able to talk to Lori.Keep up the great work Lori!!!
