We had an absolutely beautiful wedding and honeymoon in Fiji.
The day was perfect, made only more special by all the dramas with customs... and the staff in Fiji were fabulous having got to know us pretty well and what we were going through by the big day! I managed to hold back the tears and we got some stunning photographs, and the day was over all too quickly!! We then spent a couple of weeks cruising around the Yasawa Islands which was amazing. I'm sure we will return to Fiji one day, a good excuse to celebrate an anniversary out there!!!
So we've been in NZ almost 2 months now and we love it here. We've been north to Cape Reinga, and south to Waitomo, Taupo (where I did a bungy jump, excellent fun but never again!!) and now we are in Hawkes Bay which is really lovely, and warming up a lot now for summer!! We are going to Australia for xmas to meet my family in Perth, and when we return to NZ in January we are planning to head straight down to the South Island and look for work. We just got tickets to see Billy Connolly in Queenstown in February so we're quite excited about that!! It's lovely to hear from you, I also enjoyed your email about your trip to Oz and the picture of you and your daughter on top of the Sydney Harbour bridge.
