Wonderful Tahitian Vacation - Moorea, Bora Bora, Tahiti, Tahaa

"Hi folks at McCoy Travel... Joanne you did a fine job planning our trip. All the places we stayed, all 3 Intercontinental hotels & Le Taha'a: Beachcomber on Tahiti, The Intercontinental Moorea & the Moana on Bora Bora were comfortable & well appointed. Great service & staff. We loved the general manager, Laurance at the Bora Bora resort. I especially liked our premium beach front bungalow in Moorea looking out on the lagoon. It was a unique experience for us to stay in an overwater bungalow both on Bora Bora & Taha'a. We had never done that before & were glad to experience that.We loved renting electric bikes & biking around Bora Bora, stopping at Arc de Ciel & buying pearl earrings. We did do a safari tour to the main island of Taha'a & visited the Pearl Farm & vanilla plantation & enjoyed that. The snorkeling especially at Le Taha'a in the coral garden was a hi-light for me & I think for Ken also. I enjoyed going to the Lagoonarium on Bora Bora & touching the sting rays. That was wonderful & unique experience. Tahiti was my first tropical vacation when I went w/ Ken & a group in Feb. of 1988. I was in Tahiti before I even went to Hawaii. Wonderful luxurious Hawaii trip

Thank you for coordinating a wonderful trip for us! It was so relaxing to know that you'd already taken care of all of the details for us! The resorts were lovely and luxurious with amazing views and amenities. We enjoyed the Kahala slightly more than the Princeville Resort - mainly because of room layout. Of course, the dolphins at the Kahala were fun to watch too! We had fun taking trips to Princeville's shopping area and we had a good day of driving to go see Waimea Canyon as well.

All-in-all, we really enjoyed the trip! The down side was that it rained the whole time, but a rainy day in Hawaii is better than a sunny day in Texas! We loved the movie/tv Hummer tour we took - it was terrific! We also booked a Pearl Harbor/Island tour - so getting to see Pearl Harbor was an experience we will never forget.

Our Wonderful Maui Vacation

We had an excellent trip and can’t wait to go back!!!! Our trip surprised us at almost every turn when it came to the vendors. From the airlines to the rental car to the hotel was fantastic. I don’t think it could have been easier or had friendlier people to work with. I would love to tell you our single most favorite experience, but I’m not sure we can decide. The whale watching/snorkeling trip and the helicopter tour were wonderful. Both companies made us feel comfortable and valued.

We have a time share and are part of HSI and RCI, but we will definitely consider contacting you (McCoy Travel) to see about setting up another trip to Hawaii in the near future.

Amazing Wedding in Hawaii

My husband, Justin and I were married in Maui this past June.
Over 125 guests flew to the island for an amazing week of fun that
lead up to the ceremony.

As an event coordinator myself the details and planning was a breeze and I enjoyed every minute of it; however there were a few things that were just too difficult for me to plan or want to take the time to
plan.

We reached out to Caroline Gold who was a life saver! We had a Luau Night at the Grand Wailea, a boat/sunset cruise with the Pacific Whale
Foundation, and a scuba diving trip with Extended Horizons. Caroline booked these events for us, made sure we sat together as a group at the Luau and for the boat cruise - our group had our own boat! She paid attention to every small detail possible and even attended our boat cruise to make sure things ran smoothly. Guests were given her phone number and email to call to book these special nights on their own - they contacted Caroline and paid for their activities on their own, leaving Justin and I completely out of that part - it was so nice! Caroline emailed me weekly updates on who had paid and booked which helped Justin and I keep on top of our guests to whom had booked what.

Caroline went above and beyond with my group. If guests had to leave a message she got back to them right away. She also helped my guests with any activities they wanted to do that wasn’t a part of the group. She sent highlights to each guest about Maui and ensured them their trip to Maui was going to be amazing!

I received a call from a friend of mine a couple months ago (6 months
after the wedding) stating that Caroline had reached out to them to just chat and see how they were doing. Caroline isn’t just great at Customer Service she is a great friend too.

Justin and I were so blessed to work with Caroline on our group activities. All 125 guests are already asking when we can do it again!

Our Amazing Caribbean Vacation

Thank you so much for following up on our recent trip to the Turks and Caicos. We plan to write a review on trip advisor as well, however we just wanted to let you know that our trip was nothing short of AMAZING!

We realize this is not a normal destination for your company, and we actually found the deal and called and asked you guys to book it for us.

The entire trip was perfect, the only hiccup was on a day that we rented scooters to tour the Island. Let me tell you, I have not yet seen a better place to be stranded on an Island with a broken down scooter for an hour than Chalk Sound Round in Providentials, Turks and Caicos. I have been to Cancun, Jamaica, Hawaii, Cabo San Lucas, and I have never seen water so beautiful!
